About Dr. Lee
Dr. Lee earned her Psy.D. in Educational Psychology. Her research focused on mental health and building resiliency. She holds a PPS credential in School Psychology and is also a Licensed Educational Psychologist. She worked as a paraprofessional while earning her Master of Arts Degree in School Psychology and additional School-Based Mental Health Professional certificate from Alliant International University in San Diego, CA. Dr. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University with honors.
Dr. Lee has spent over twelve years working as a School Psychologist. She has also supported schools in the leadership role of Program Specialist and has overseen teams of School Psychologists and mental health professionals, as well as provided vital support and guidance to administration and staff members. She has experience with a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds in both public school districts and charter schools. Dr. Lee has spent many years as a dedicated service provider and administrative School Psychologist within both Northern and Southern California. Dr. Lee has also been certified as a Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) trainer and has trained over one hundred members of school staff and administration in the nonviolent crisis intervention techniques during her four years as a trainer. She was also the treasurer of the Santa Clara County Association of School Psychologists (SCCASP) for several years and was a key member in re-opening the local chapter.
